Jessica and Tom were great to work with and sold our house for full price just as things started to decline. We got a great offer and had several very interested and qualified parties. They came in and helped us get our home staged, told us what needed to be done, got our photography done in record time so we could get our house listed. While we left to allow for an open house, Jessica even took care of our cats and ensure that they didn't get locked in a room at the end of the day. Their communication was also top notch and as we were going through the sale process, they were continually providing updates on the buyer's status and where things stood with escrow. If I could give Jessica 6 stars I would. She knows the Duvall area cold; knows what will sell quickly, what will lag, what the right asking price is, when to push back and when to say yes.
